Grant Report Forms
As a condition of grant funding, successful applicants are required to provide a variety of reports during and shortly after tenure of their awards. Each of these reports may be downloaded by selecting from the list below; the purpose and timing of these reports is explained in the Standard Conditions Applying to the Award of Medical Research Scotland Research Funding. These forms should be downloaded, saved, completed offline, saved and then submitted as described on the forms themselves.
- Set-up Progress Report (MS Word 75Kb): required within 6 months of the start of the grant
- Mid-point Progress Report (MS Word 116Kb): required at the mid-point of the grant
- Final Report (MS Word 168Kb): required within 3 months following completion of the grant
- Post-Completion Update Report (MS Word 94Kb): required within 1 year of the grant completion date
- Intellectual Property Report (MS Word 93Kb): required within 1 month of the due date of the Post-Completion Report and then annually thereafter

2. None of these forms can be submitted via the Medical Research Scotland secure extranet; they should be submitted as described on the forms themselves.
